The service will work anywhere in the world as long as you have a broadband or high speed internet connection.

To use our VoIP telephone service you will need the following

• A High Speed Internet or Broadband connection to the internet (from your internet service provider or ISP).
• A SoSoChat calling plan (Purchased from us).
• A SoSoChat telephone adapter (provided by us).
• Any regular touchtone telephone whether it is cordless or corded

What you need to do

Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3-4

1. Sign up for your SoSoChat service plan and receive your SoSoChat telephone adapter.
2. Connect your SoSoChat telephone adapter to your DSL or cable modem internet service
3. Plug your telephone into your SoSoChat telephone Adapter.
4. Pick up the handset and dial your destination as you would using any other telephone, no special codes are required. The person you call will receive the call just like a regular phone call so they will never know the difference because it sounds like a regular phone call.

Our Direct Connect calling service allows you to make low cost international calls from any telephone in the USA, UK or Canada, no equipment is needed and no internet or computer is required. To make calls you simply dial any one of our access numbers in the USA, Canada or the UK to gain access to your account and make low cost calls through our network.

You may use our pin-free dialing feature, that is; you register up to three telephones for pin-free dialing or you may use your assigned pin number. Even though this service is not a calling card, it works the same way. You can add funds and view call records online by logging on to your account. Funds in your account is good for up to one year and there are ABSOLUTELY no fees.

You also receive a FREE Jamaica number that can be used to forward local Jamaica calls to you anywhere in the world. When you sign-up for Direct Connect service you automatically receive a free Jamaica telephone number. When friends family and business associates in Jamaica call this number at their local rate, the call is sent to the assigned telephone anywhere in the world. The forwarding service is free, you would simply pay the per minute rate for the call destination.
